Tuberculosis 101 aims to respond to Tuberculosis prevention and management, the Stop TB Partnership Kenya is leading the way to a world without tuberculosis (TB), a disease that is curable but still kills three people every minute. In this course, you will learn the fundamentals of TB, including its epidemiology, transmission, and the socio-economic factors influencing its spread, Treatment and Management, Infection Prevention and Control, Advocacy, Communication and Community Based TB Reporting activities. The course aims to equip you with a comprehensive understanding of tuberculosis (TB) and to empower and cultivate champions who can lead efforts to eradicate TB and improve public health outcomes. You shall be awarded an e-certificate upon successful completion of the course.
